Introducing the Lifeguard™ Channelizer – a drum with an innovative rubber ballast which eliminates the need for sandbags! The Lifeguard is ballasted by 100% recyclable rubber; the indestructible ballast is guaranteed for life; no snapping, locking or assembly is required. The Lifeguard’s rubber collar grips the road, the breakaway design leaves the ballast – meets all MUTCO standards.
